About the farm:

Introducing our mainstay coffee from Barrinha Farm, a coffee farm owned by our good friend Bruna of Bossa Coffee. Barrinha Farm is run by three generations of the Costa family. They are dedicated to planting a wide range of crops, such as lavender and fruits, alongside experimental coffee lots like maragogypes, in order to create a diverse ecosystem for coffee production.

About the coffee:

This coffee is a rare Brazilian peaberry, made using the natural dying process. Grown in Brazil and naturally sweet. If offers a smooth, fruity flavour with a clean finish. Peaberries are unique, round beans known for their bright and rich taste. This is a classic, delicate cup with notes of orange, pistachio and nutmeg, perfect for espresso and milky coffee.
